- Q. Can I book just photo or video?
- A. Yes, although we offer a discount if you book us for both services.
- Q. We are on a budget, can you help us?
- A. Because our pricing is based per hour of coverage, we can accommodate most budgets. Contact us for a personalized quote.
- Q. How do we book our wedding with you?
- A. Contact us and we can arrange a time to meet and go over what your photography and/or videography desires are for your event.
- Q. What type of equipment do you use?
- A. We use the latest professional photo and video equipment. We offer coverage using High Definition and Standard Definition video cameras.
- Q. Do you attend the rehearsal?
- A. We make the effort of attending every rehearsal. It helps us choose the best camera angles and talk to the person presenting the service.
- Q. Do you travel?
- A. Yes. Our rate is $0.50 per km outside of a 60 km radius of our headquarters. If an overnight stay is required, there may be an additional charge for lodging.
- Q. Is there a limit on the locations for the photographer and videographer?
- A. No. But keep in mind that travel time can cut into time for photo/video, and that travel fees may be applied if you require us to go out of town.
- Q. Would we receive a disk for our engagement photos as well as our wedding disc?
- A. Yes. You will receive a disk of high resolution edited engagement photos on disc.
- Q. How many wedding pictures will I get on my disc?
- A. The amount of pictures you will receive on your disc is really dependant upon the time you have allowed for photography. You can usually expect around 300, less for smaller events, and more for larger.
- Q. Do we get any actual prints of our wedding pics?
- A. All packages come with your photos on disc with no watermark or reduction in quality. If you would like a coffee table book or proof album, they can be added to your package. Please contact us for more information.
- Q. Can I give you a list of photos we want taken?
- A. Yes. A list of all the family photo combinations that you will like helps us get the photos done quickly without missing anybody. Please also make sure that your list is organized by location.
- Q. How long will the edited video be?
- A. The edited DVD can range from 30 minutes to upwards of 2 hours depending on the number of hours you've hired us for, and the amount of events at your wedding (number of speeches, performances etc.)
- Q. How many copies of our wedding video will we get?
- A. All of our packages include three copies of your fully edited video. Additional DVD copies are $25 and additional Blu-ray copies are $40.
